He has been a regular practitioner and arguing counsel in the Bombay High Court and appears in various other forums including the National Company Law Tribunal, District and Civil Courts ,Magistrate Courts across the state of Maharashtra.
Advocate Radhika Maniar
Radhika Maniar started her law career with the Firm in 2021 as an intern and thereafter as an Associate as a part of the Corporate Law team. Over the years, she has been gaining good experience in Corporate, Securities and Commercial Laws, M&A Work (VC / PE deals), Investment Transactions and Legal Due Diligence.
She has also pursued Company Secretary (C.S.) Course and cleared the Executive Program of the said Course.
CS Tushar Shridharani
Mr. Tushar Shridharani is a Practicing Company Secretary (having qualified as a CS in 1984) and a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He is the founder of Tushar Shridharani Associates, a firm of practicing company secretaries. He has more than -2- decades of rich experience in undertaking numerous and varied assignments in Company Law, Due Diligences and allied Company Secretarial work and advising under Securities Law and legal framework of FEMA.
Before forming this organization, he has served two eminent Indian Corporate groups – Bombay Dyeing – (Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd) for 13 years and Lloyds (Lloyds International Ltd) for 1 year.
Mr. Shridharani has a strong foundation and reputation in the field of Company Law, Securities Law and FEMA.
